Knowledge and Skill Enhancement Services: The university offers academic services both onsite, such as the hands-on "Cattle Artificial Insemination Training Program (Batch 3)" for farmers organized by the Faculty of Agriculture, and online through platforms like Pharmooc@UBU, which provides knowledge and skills for medical professionals, students, and the general public.

Local Resource Survey and Database Creation: This activity aims to foster understanding in surveying and compiling local resources, including physical, biological, cultural, and wisdom resources, to inform the public about local assets and potential. It encourages community participation and leads to the proper creation of a local resource database, aligning with the objectives of the Royal Plant Genetic Conservation Project.

2. "Ubon Ratchathani Innovation and Startup Expo 2024": This event raises awareness and promotes research and development within the private sector. It aims to develop research with potential for commercialization and enhance the competitiveness of local startups, SMEs, and industries in Ubon Ratchathani, Amnat Charoen, Yasothon, and Sisaket provinces, as well as surrounding areas.

3. Buddhist Academic Seminar: In honor of the enshrinement of Buddha and Arahant relics, a seminar titled "From the Ganges to the Mekong: The History and Journey of Buddha Relics from Past to Present" is organized, providing an academic perspective on the cultural and historical journey of these relics.

2. Quality Enhancement and Local Development Project: This initiative seeks to enhance educational quality and promote local development by establishing a school mentorship program and organizing STEM Education activities.

3. National Science Week 2023: This event encourages youth and the general public to explore the latest advancements in science and technology.

4. Knowledge Training Projects and Academic Lectures: The university offers a variety of knowledge training projects and academic lectures tailored to the general public, professional groups, and entrepreneurs.
