Ubon ratchathani university work with local authorities to address planning issues /development, including ensuring that local residents are able to access affordable housing as follow:

1. The project to design and renovate suitable housing for the elderly aims to enhance quality of life and safety for seniors living in the community. To address this, the project extended the front living space to eliminate the need for climbing up and down stairs, creating functional areas for a bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen. This modification ensures safety and convenience for the elderly resident to live alone securely.
